If the beauty and power of art captivate you, then Manarat Al Saadiyat is where you need to head this week. Abu Dhabi Art Fair is back this week, bringing together over 2,000 pieces of contemporary art. Whether you’re just starting to explore the art world or you’re a long-time fan, there’s something here that will catch your eye.

With 140 galleries from 37 countries, it’s a great chance to experience a wide range of art that’s bold, new, and thought-provoking. Expect to see works from countries like Nigeria, Turkey, and Senegal, along with newcomers from Peru and Tanzania. This is your chance to discover art from regions and voices that you might not come across anywhere else.

Entry is free with online registration.

This year, the art fair introduces new sections:

  • “Something Bold, Something New,” which shines a light on modern Middle Eastern artists
  • “Silk Road: Drifting Identities,” featuring contemporary works from Central Asia and the Caucasus

If you’re planning to visit, the art fair will be open until Sunday, November 23, from 2 PM to 9 PM.

While you’re there, make sure to check out the rest of Saadiyat Cultural District: teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, Louvre Abu Dhabi, and even Natural History Museum that opens this weekend. The new AR2 bus route makes it easy to explore all the top cultural spots, so you can make the most of your time in the area.
