If your usual dinner plans need a little spice, here’s something worth clearing your schedule for. Silk Lantern is hosting a limited-time Sri Lankan food festival packed with 10 days of regional dishes, street food favourites, and traditional desserts.

From May 15, the restaurant will turn into a culinary trip through Sri Lanka, with dishes inspired by different parts of the island. The menu pulls inspiration from coastal seafood towns, spice-growing regions, royal kitchens, and family recipes passed down through generations.

Every plate focuses on the flavours Sri Lankan cuisine is known for: roasted spices, coconut-rich curries, comforting rice dishes, and bold street food. The experience follows an à la carte format, so visitors can mix and match dishes from different regions and styles of Sri Lankan cooking.
