Dubai is adding another towering landmark to its skyline. Property developer Deyaar has unveiled plans for DWTN Residences, a 445-meter-tall residential skyscraper set to rise in the heart of Business Bay. Once complete, it will stand among the city’s tallest structures, with more than 110 floors. Positioned next to the Business Bay metro station, the project is described by Deyaar as a "vertical residential community."
