Dubai is adding another towering landmark to its skyline. Property developer Deyaar has unveiled plans for DWTN Residences, a 445-meter-tall residential skyscraper set to rise in the heart of Business Bay. Once complete, it will stand among the city’s tallest structures, with more than 110 floors.

Positioned next to the Business Bay metro station, the project is described by Deyaar as a “vertical residential community.” It will offer 522 units, with apartment prices starting from AED 1.8 million. Topping off the skyscraper will be an exclusive “Royal Palace” residence, reserved for premium buyers.

The tower is part of a wider development boom along and around Sheikh Zayed Road, where several high-profile projects have recently been announced. These include the 350-meter Trump Tower and the Jumeirah Residences Emirates Towers, where entry-level units are priced from AED 3.5 million and above.

DWTN Residences brings another ambitious vertical living concept to Dubai, adding to the city’s ongoing transformation and setting the stage for more luxury high-rises in the near future.
