If you’ve ever struggled to find parking in Musaffah, get ready for a change. Starting January 12, parking in this busy Abu Dhabi district will become paid, helping to clear up the congestion that often clogs the area.
It’ll cost AED 2 per hour to park, and payments can be made via Tamm or Darb apps, or through on-site payment machines.
Musaffah is a major industrial and commercial area with constant activity. Businesses, workers, and visitors are all contributing to the heavy traffic and overcrowded parking spaces. To solve this, 4,680 parking spots will be introduced across sectors M1, M2, M3, M4, and M24, all near Al Rawdah Road.
There will also be designated parking spaces for people of determination.
For anyone who is frequently in this area, paid parking in Musaffah is something worth keeping an eye on. The paid spots will be activated on Monday, January 12, 2026.
