If you’ve ever struggled to find parking in Musaffah, get ready for a change. Parking in this busy Abu Dhabi district has become paid in 2026. It’ll cost AED 2/hour, and payments can be made via Tamm or Darb apps, or through on-site payment machines.

Here are the details:

  • On January 12, sectors M1, M2, M3, M4, and M24, all near Al Rawdah Road, became paid
  • On April 20, sectors M7, M8, M9, M14, and M15 became paid
  • On May 18, sectors M5, M6, M21, M22, and M23 become paid

There will also be designated parking spaces for people of determination.

Musaffah is a major industrial and commercial area with constant activity. Businesses, workers, and visitors are all contributing to the heavy traffic and overcrowded parking spaces.

For anyone who drives in the capital, keeping track of rules is important to avoid fines. The city’s traffic cameras are always keeping watch. For more info, check out our article on Abu Dhabi traffic fines and black points: it’s a must-read for anyone behind the wheel in the city!
