Dubai has a new destination for shopping, dining and essential services. Al Khawaneej Mall has officially opened in Al Khawaneej 2, offering visitors a variety of retail options, a hypermarket, cafés, and practical amenities – all within a single, thoughtfully designed space.
Covering approximately 70,000 square feet, the mall includes a diverse mix of outlets, a children’s nursery, and an ENOC service station. Visitors will find everything from restaurants and cafés to a currency exchange and banking services, making it a one-stop spot for everyday errands and casual outings.

One of the key highlights of Al Khawaneej Mall is its focus on sustainability. Constructed in line with international green building standards, the facility incorporates eco-friendly materials and techniques. The latest technologies have also been used to generate, conserve and recycle energy, aiming to create a better indoor environment while limiting environmental impact.
In addition to serving as a commercial hub, the mall also contributes to the community. As part of Dubai’s ‘Mosques Endowment’ campaign, AED 8 million from the mall’s annual revenue will go toward the maintenance and operation of 50 mosques across the city.
The mall’s layout prioritises comfort and functionality, featuring wide circulation paths, natural lighting, and minimalist design details to ensure a calm and convenient shopping experience.
