Tucked away in Port De La Mer, ALICA is a bright and breezy bakery serving fresh, homegrown treats with a view. Whether seated indoors by floor-to-ceiling windows or outside overlooking the marina’s yacht-lined promenade, guests are greeted with a tranquil café setting that channels the charm of the South of France with the warmth of Australia’s organic café culture.

The menu at ALICA is rooted in organic and homegrown ingredients, designed to reflect a wholesome, artisanal approach to baking.

It features a variety of savoury and sweet items, from freshly baked sourdough bread and cardamom buns to classic lemon cake and moist carrot cake.

One of the highlights at ALICA is the rotating weekly lunch menu, available Monday through Friday. Each day features a thoughtfully curated dish made with premium ingredients: Pumpkin penne pasta, Prawn roll with lettuce, Crispy fish burger, or Halloumi salad. On weekends, the eatery brings back the week’s most popular dishes for a second round, giving diners another chance to enjoy their favourites.
