Dubai’s appetite for unique luxury has found a new chapter with the opening of Sweden Beach Palace, an exclusive island resort set within The Heart of Europe development in the World Islands archipelago.
Now available for bookings, the destination features 9 beachfront mansions that reinterpret Scandinavian elegance through a distinctly regional lens. Think sleek minimalism paired with Middle Eastern-inspired opulence.

Each palace spans 21,000 square feet and comes fully fitted with interiors by Bentley Home, 6 floors of living space, and high-end amenities that include a private infinity pool, rooftop terrace, snow room spa, and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
Guests arrive by private yacht or chartered boat, entering a secluded world of white-sand beaches and landscaped tropical gardens. The palaces are designed for both privacy and scale — they can host up to 300 guests across their indoor and outdoor settings. Concierge support is available around the clock, and every stay includes private beach access.

Sustainability has also shaped the design of Sweden Beach Palace. While it delivers on comfort and exclusivity, it does so with eco-conscious building practices and environmental awareness at its core. “It’s not just about grandeur,” said Sneden Lobo, Director of Events. “It’s about creating memories in a place that feels truly yours.”
Sweden Beach Palace is part of a larger portfolio of ambitious projects in The Heart of Europe, just 20 minutes by boat from Jumeirah Fishing Harbour.

The area is also home to Portofino Resort and the soon-to-launch Buddha-Bar Resort on Honeymoon Island, as well as new themed hotels named after Cannes, Nice, and St. Tropez. Even more unusual is Floating Venice, a future resort promising gondolas, coral-viewing villas, and underwater rooms with panoramic windows.
With its mix of comfort, craftsmanship, and seclusion, Sweden Beach Palace is shaping up to be one of the standout island escapes in the UAE.
