The At The Top observatory is located at Levels 148, 125, and 124 of the tower and offers a spectacular view of the city from a 350-degree observation deck with an outdoor terrace and premium lounge.

Admire the world’s biggest and most unique man-made Island, Palm Jumeirah, in all its glory from the newly-opened The View At The Palm. This 240 meters high observation deck gives visitors a panoramic, 360-degree view of the beautiful Palm Jumeirah and The Arabian Gulf Coast as far as the eye can see from an outdoor terrace and a premium lounge.

Located on level 52 of the Palm Tower, this deck provides one of the city’s only full-fledged views of Palm Jumeirah Island. Except for this, the island is fully visible only from the plane or while skydiving.

The tower also houses “The Next Level” observatory deck, which stands 250 meters high and provides a barrier-free, private viewing space to premium visitors. It is the highest viewing spot for the Island.

Providing one of the most Instagram-worthy views of the Dubai skyline, The Sky Views Observatory is located in The Address Sky Views Hotel at the height of 220 meters above the ground. It gives visitors an opportunity to experience spectacular panoramic views of The Burj Khalifa through a floor-to-ceiling glass observatory.

The Sky Views deck also offers other thrilling experiences, including the unique Sky Views glass slide, a transparent glass tube that links the two levels of the deck that provides riders with an amazing view of the city from below.

The deck also features the city’s first edge walk – an experience where people can walk hands-free on an open ledge around the top of the tower at the height of 220 meters. This exhilarating activity hangs brave riders to the edge of the building without any barriers and gives a view of the city like nowhere else.
