If you’re into creative cocktails and laid-back vibes, there’s a new spot to check out in Dubai Marina. Blush Bar has just opened at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa, and it’s the latest project from well-known chef and restaurateur Nick Alvis.

After the buzz around his previous venue, The Beam, Nick is back — this time with a concept that puts cocktails front and center. At Blush, every drink is carefully mixed, named after a color, and served with a coaster showing its exact color code. It’s a playful and stylish take on mixology.
The design, put together by LW Design, mixes indoor comfort with garden-style charm. The circular bar makes it easy to watch the bartenders at work, and the space is full of eye-catching details — hand-painted floral murals on the ceiling, antique mirror panels, and graphic-patterned floors.

One standout feature is the Gin Tree, where you can pick from a range of gins from around the world. On top of that, Blush offers over 110 wines by the glass. Thanks to a clever preservation system called Coravin, even rare and high-end wines stay fresh and ready to enjoy. Whether you’re into bold flavors or soft, subtle notes, this new bar offers something different for Dubai’s cocktail crowd.
Blush Bar by Nick Alvis is open daily from 5 PM to 1 AM.
