With the start of the new year, Dubai’s public transport system is getting some important updates. From January 9, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) will introduce changes to the city’s bus routes, including new routes and improvements to existing ones.
Here are all the details you need to know.
Four New Bus Routes in Dubai from January 9
- Route 88A from Al Satwa Bus Station to Jumeirah 3. Operating in the morning peak
- Route 88B from Jumeirah 3 back to Al Satwa Bus Station during evening rush hour
- Route 93A from Al Satwa Bus Station to Al Wasl during the morning rush
- Route 93A from Al Wasl to Al Satwa in the evening
These routes improve efficiency during the busiest times of the day and make lives of residents of Al Satwa and Al Wasl better.

Updates to Existing Bus Routes in Dubai
