Dubai’s dining scene is gaining a new player this month. Cheesefarm, the Kazakhstan-born concept by Novikov Group, is opening its first UAE location on the rooftop of Nakheel Mall. This hybrid spot functions as both a boutique cheese store and a full-service restaurant, bringing with it a focus on quality, comfort, and craftsmanship.

The menu is led by Chef Matteo Boschetto, whose Italian roots and passion for seasonal produce help shape the concept. Each dish starts with Cheesefarm’s own handmade cheeses, crafted daily on-site. The restaurant’s open kitchen lets diners watch this process in action — stretching, shaping, and preparing cheese from scratch.

Expect to find:

  • Wood-fired pizzas with bubbling cheese
  • Fresh focaccia and hearty pasta plates
  • Creamy soups and rich, dairy-forward mains
  • Dishes like Veal Cheeks with buttery mash, Teriyaki-glazed Salmon, and Crisp Chicken Schnitzel

Dessert continues the indulgent theme, with options like San Sebastian Cheesecake, Classic Tiramisu, and other rotating seasonal treats.

The space pairs rustic elegance with modern design: tiled floors, earth-toned walls, wood accents, and lush greenery. Floor-to-ceiling windows invite in the light, while a rooftop terrace offers panoramic skyline views — perfect for an al fresco meal.

In addition to dining in, guests can purchase cheeses directly from the boutique counter, bringing home the same handcrafted ingredients featured on the menu.

Cheesefarm Dubai is set to open later this month, and while the official launch date is still under wraps, you can expect more updates very soon. Keep an eye out — especially if you’re ready for cheese made the traditional way, served with a view.
