If you’re always the one suggesting “let’s go somewhere new for coffee,” here’s a new address in Dubai that deserves your attention. Coffeemania has recently opened its first location in the region at Dubai Hills Mall. It’s positioning itself as a full-day spot: morning coffee, proper breakfast, long lunches and relaxed dinners.

If you’re standing at the counter unsure where to begin, you’ll find everything from espresso-based staples to matcha, rich chocolate drinks and bright fruit blends. And of course, there’s the drink that made Coffeemania known far beyond its home market: Raf Coffee. If you’ve never tried it, think espresso combined with lactose-free cream, vanilla and cane sugar for a smooth, slightly sweet cup.

If you’re staying for a proper meal, you’ll find plenty of Eastern European favourites on the menu:

  • Potato omelette topped with salmon
  • Fried eggs with chanterelle mushrooms
  • Dranik (potato pancake) topped with Kamchatka crab
  • Swedish toast layered with salmon
  • Sturgeon caviar served with plain or flavoured blinis
  • A selection of yoghurts and cheeses

And make sure you save room for dessert. The pastries and cakes are made in-house, with a rotating selection depending on the day. You can also order larger cakes in advance for birthdays, office gatherings or family celebrations.

Coffeemania also plans to update the menu during the year with seasonal dishes and limited-time drinks, so there will be new things to try. You can drop by daily from 8 AM to 12 AM.

If you’re building your list of must-try coffee spots in the city, this is one to add. Also, make sure to check out other recent openings in the city: The Reformatory Lab, a spot created by coffee farm owners, and Subko Dubai at Alserkal Avenue for an Indian coffee concept. Both are worth your attention if you’re serious about your coffee game.
