If you can’t decide between sticking to a burger or trying something different, this new dish takes care of both. Croffle Burger is now on the menu at Electric Diner inside The Ned Doha, and the first thing you notice is that it doesn’t follow the usual rules.

So, what’s so special about it? The bun is replaced by a croffle, which is made from croissant dough that’s pressed in a waffle iron. When the dough is cooked between hot plates, it gives the bun light crisp on the outside with a softer interior.

As for the rest of the recipe, it’s the same burger we all love:

  • 200g beef patty made from chuck roll and brisket
  • Melted cheese
  • Homemade special sauce made with seven ingredients

Croffle Burger stays on the menu until May 31. A nice way to celebrate International Burger Day this month, but you don’t need a special occasion to go. You can try it daily from noon to midnight at Electric Diner inside The Ned Doha.

Fontana Circus is in the city this month, and it’s one of those shows that’s hard to describe until you see it live. Expect a musical dancing fountain, aerialists, dancers, and unforgettable emotions until the final moment of the show.
