Dubai’s nightlife scene is once again making global waves as two of its standout venues are recognized in the prestigious World’s 50 Best Bars 2024 list. The ceremony, held on October 22 in Madrid, spotlighted Dubai’s Mimi Kakushi, which ranked 40th, and La Petite Maison, coming in at 76th in the extended list. These bars continue to elevate the city’s international reputation as a top destination for creative cocktails and immersive atmospheres.

Maintaining its place as the best bar in the Middle East and Africa, Mimi Kakushi offers a transportive experience reminiscent of 1920s Osaka, complete with exquisite Japanese cuisine and an innovative cocktail menu. Set within the Four Seasons Jumeirah, this bar blends music and mixology with curated vinyl pairings for each cocktail.
With drinks served encased in ice, requiring guests to chip them free, it’s no wonder Mimi Kakushi has become a favorite for both locals and tourists.
Mimi Kakushi is open daily, from 6PM to 2AM, and Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 12PM.

Known more for its food, La Petite Maison is also celebrated for its chic bar tucked in DIFC. A sophisticated pre-dinner or late-night stop, the bar is a hidden gem offering drinks that are as elegant as the venue itself. Their signature Tomatini and cocktail creations such as the floral and fragrant Lettre à Coco make this bar a worthy contender on the global stage.
La Petite Maison’s cocktails mirror the restaurant’s Mediterranean influence, offering a mix of traditional flavors and modern techniques. For example, many of their drinks incorporate ingredients like bergamot, jasmine, and Champagne, staying true to their French Riviera theme.
LPM is open daily from 12PM to 3:30 PM and from 6 PM to 1 AM.
