Parkin Company has launched a new monthly parking subscription service in Dubai, offering residents more convenience and fewer fines. The initiative allows drivers to pay for parking in advance in designated zones, avoiding the hassle of tracking time or overstaying. Subscriptions are available through the Parkin app or website, with options ranging from one to twelve months.
Several areas have been included in this new subscription model. Here’s a breakdown based on the current pricing:

To subscribe, car owners should first select their area on the map or type its name. After choosing the subscription type and duration, they can upload required documents and complete the payment process online.
A few conditions apply:
- Up to three vehicles can be added under the same Dubai traffic file, with only one active at a time. Switching between vehicles is allowed every 30 minutes.
- For non-Dubai traffic files or company-owned vehicles, only one vehicle can be registered.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
- Downgrading from roadside and plot parking to plots-only is not permitted.
- A modification fee of AED 100 applies if vehicle information is changed.

In addition, Parkin recently revised its parking tariff structure. Premium public parking areas, now labelled AP, BP, CP and DP, charge AED 6 per hour during peak times — between 8 AM and 10 AM, and again from 4 PM to 8 PM — excluding weekends and public holidays.
With these changes, Parkin is offering greater flexibility and convenience for drivers across the city, reducing the stress of daily parking in high-demand areas.
