One of Dubai’s most popular dining spots — folly is back with a fresh new look and location. After closing its doors at Souk Madinat Jumeirah in April 2024, the restaurant has officially reopened at Address Montgomerie in Emirates Hills.

The new space is designed like a modern conservatory, featuring high ceilings, glass walls, and elegant heritage-green metalwork. Guests can enjoy the soothing sound of fountains both indoors and outdoors, while a private dining room offers a more intimate setting.

folly Brasserie opens its doors on Friday, February 14 — just in time for Valentine’s Day. To celebrate, they’re offering a special six-course set menu for AED 595.

The restaurant’s menu will evolve with the seasons, focusing on fresh, high-quality ingredients sourced from both local and international farms. Expect creative, flavorful dishes like beef tenderloin with artichoke and truffle terrine, caramelized onion, pickled walnut, and bone marrow jus. Or opt for their specialty — tender and crispy folly chips paired with a herb-infused emulsion for an extra punch of flavor.
