Dubai never runs out of big ideas, and the latest project proves it once again. The city is set to welcome the world’s first Olympic-branded residences, with completion targeted for 2031. The project arrives through a partnership with Olympic gold medal swimmer Tom Dean.
Set in Dubai Sports City, the residences carry the name Hadley Heights 2 and are being delivered by LEOS Developments. It’s the first branded residential concept created alongside an Olympic champion. The design ethos takes cues from an athlete’s day-to-day, placing health and wellbeing at the core of the lifestyle on offer.
Tom Dean grew up in London and represented Great Britain at the European Junior Championships and the European Championships. He has three gold medals to his name: one in the 200-metre freestyle, another in the 4 x 200-metre freestyle relay, and a further relay win.
For his services to the sport, he’s been recognised as a Member of the Order of the British Empire.
Dubai’s no stranger to high-profile branded homes, from fashion-house addresses like Armani Beach Residences and Bvlgari Resort & Mansions to an 80-storey Trump-branded residence. This Olympic collaboration pushes that momentum forward, blending elite-sport credibility with the city’s taste for standout real estate.
The UAE keeps raising the bar on ambitious living, and the new project in collaboration with Tom Dean underscores it. If you’re tracking what’s next in the local market, keep Hadley Heights 2 on your radar — an athlete-inspired community shaping up in the heart of Dubai Sports City.
