Dubai’s coffee scene welcomes a new addition this Friday (August 1). Julith Coffee & Roastery is opening its doors in Al Quoz with a full concept that blends roastery, brew lounge, and social workspace in one thoughtfully designed venue.

Julith is a homegrown brand, developed for those who appreciate slow coffee, considered design, and community-driven spaces. Its name is short for “just like this” — a nod to its simple, grounded approach to coffee and connection.

Every cup at Julith begins with beans roasted on-site by Turkish Barista Champion Serkan Sagsoz. He works with rare beans sourced from high-altitude farms and volcanic soil regions, using small-batch roasting techniques.

There are three main stations inside Julith Coffee & Roastery:

Espresso Bar
Features a chocolate-forward house blend and two rotating single origins. Beans are prepared with S65 grinders and precise weighing tools.

Slow Brew Bar
Ideal for those who prefer a more refined brew, this station offers V60 pour-overs and rare aged beans — some matured for up to a year.

Rotovap Milk Programme
Julith also introduces a unique milk-based process using rotovap technology to remove water from milk and create a smooth, naturally sweet texture. Available with both dairy and plant-based options.

The café’s beverage menu also includes wellness-forward drinks like:

  • Matcha Colada
  • Blue Matcha Latte
  • Tonka Fizz
  • Sumac Lemonade
  • Banana Protein Shake

If you’re planning to stay for breakfast or lunch, the all-day dining menu combines comfort dishes with thoughtful flavours. Some of the offers include: Julith Benedict, Beetroot on Toast, and A5 Sliced Burger.
