Chef Yannick Alléno, already well-known in Dubai for his two MICHELIN-starred restaurant STAY at One&Only The Palm, is about to bring another must-visit concept to the same spot: L’Abysse. This restaurant is all about merging French and Japanese flavors, creating a one-of-a-kind dining experience.
L’Abysse is already a hit in Paris, Monaco, and Osaka, and now it’s Dubai’s turn to see what the buzz is about. While the menu details are still under wraps, you can expect dishes that focus on fresh, precise flavors. Sushi that looks like art, along with options like Cuttlefish Tagliatelle and Fire Grilled Langoustine.
As for the vibe, the restaurant will have a minimalist design, with an open kitchen where you can watch the chefs prepare your food. The concept is simple and all about letting the food speak for itself.
If you’ve enjoy Alléno’s mastery cooking, L’Abysse is definitely worth adding to your list. And if you’re curious about more of his concepts, he’ll also be opening the Dubai’s branch of Pavyllon at Mandarin Oriental Downtown next year.
Stay tuned for more updates and be ready for another great dining experience coming soon!
