Dubai continues to welcome fresh names to its hospitality scene, and the latest one comes from Greece. Mileo The Palm, Hotel and Residences is preparing to open this September, bringing a new blend of comfort, style and Mediterranean charm to the city.
The new development will be located on Palm West Beach, offering water views on one side and the Dubai Marina skyline on the other. It’s a spot that connects well with some of the most popular dining and leisure destinations in Dubai.

The design of Mileo The Palm is rooted in the brand’s flagship property in Mykonos. Expect clean lines, natural tones and warm textures that reflect a laid-back aesthetic. The interiors aim to create a peaceful setting, whether you’re checking in for a short stay or moving into one of the residences.
The property will offer 176 keys, which include both hotel rooms and suites. Options range from Deluxe Studios to Two-Bedroom Apartment Suites. Many units will come with private balconies, giving residents and guests top views of Palm Jumeirah.

Food is a central part of the Mileo concept, and the Dubai edition will house seven different venues, including all-day dining restaurant, sports bar, Mediterranean cuisine, sushi bar, and other options. Each space will cater to different preferences, from casual coffee stops to fine dining with a rooftop view.
Beyond the rooms and restaurants, Mileo The Palm will feature several on-site amenities. These include a gym, kids’ club, spa, barbershop, and a rooftop infinity pool. Whethere staying for a weekend or longer, it’s built to suit a range of lifestyles.
