The recently unveiled plans by Shamal Holding reveal a two-storey, community-centered mall located within the new Nad Al Sheba Gardens residential area, just a short 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.

The mall will host 187 retail outlets, 24 food and beverage spots, a cinema, food court, fitness center, kids’ zone, and climate-controlled shaded terrace, making it a one-stop lifestyle destination for the whole family. The popular British supermarket Waitrose has already confirmed its presence, ensuring residents and visitors can expect premium grocery options.
In addition to retail and dining, the mall will feature a spacious, fully enclosed parking facility with 1,153 spaces spread across two levels, integrated with the landscape to complement the area’s natural beauty.

A light steel roof supported by vertical columns will allow sunlight to filter into the interior, creating an inviting ambiance throughout the mall.
