Dubai’s thriving retail landscape is set to welcome a major new destination, the Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall, promising a mix of shops, eateries, and lifestyle services designed to serve residents and visitors alike. The recently unveiled plans by Shamal Holding reveal a two-storey, community-centered mall located within the new Nad Al Sheba Gardens residential area, just a short 10-minute drive from Downtown Dubai.

This prime location also places the mall conveniently close to DIFC, Business Bay, and Meydan, making it accessible for both residents and commuters.

The mall will host 187 retail outlets, 24 food and beverage spots, a cinema, food court, fitness center, kids’ zone, and climate-controlled shaded terrace, making it a one-stop lifestyle destination for the whole family. The popular British supermarket Waitrose has already confirmed its presence, ensuring residents and visitors can expect premium grocery options.

In addition to retail and dining, the mall will feature a spacious, fully enclosed parking facility with 1,153 spaces spread across two levels, integrated with the landscape to complement the area’s natural beauty.

Designed with community in mind, Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall will include an integrated mosque, health and wellness amenities, and a nursery to provide a welcoming hub for families in the area. The architectural approach emphasizes blending with the surrounding landscape, utilizing natural tones and materials. A light steel roof supported by vertical columns will allow sunlight to filter into the interior, creating an inviting ambiance throughout the mall.

Shamal’s CEO, Abdulla Binhabtoor, describes the mall as a central social spot for residents, designed to embody Nad Al Sheba Gardens’ ethos of community and connection. He noted, “This mall will offer more than just retail; it will be a meeting point for residents to forge meaningful relationships, aligned with Nad Al Sheba Gardens’ vision of a calm yet vibrant neighborhood.”

The wider Nad Al Sheba Gardens development spans 1.5 million square meters, featuring contemporary villas and townhouses with 3 to 7 bedrooms, walkable roads, and dedicated cycling paths. For Dubai residents and those considering a move, Nad Al Sheba Gardens Mall is set to become a new hotspot for shopping, dining, and community engagement.
