If you’re planning to visit Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), here’s a helpful update on parking rules and fees that will make your next trip there a lot easier. It covers all the important info, including free time, hourly rates, and how to get additional free parking.
Gate Avenue 1 and Gate Avenue 4: AED 10/hour (VAT included).
Gate District, Gate Village, and Innovation One (CP05):
- Weekdays (Monday to Friday):
- 6 AM to 6 PM: AED 25/hour
- 6 PM to 6 AM: AED 20/hour
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday):
- AED 20/hour all day
All locations (Gate Avenue 1, Gate Avenue 4, Gate District, Gate Village, and Innovation One) offer one free hour of parking per day, valid for a single trip.
If you plan on shopping or dining while you’re in DIFC, you can unlock extra free parking time. Spend a minimum of AED 75 at participating outlets, and you’ll be eligible for up to three hours of free parking on weekdays and up to five hours on weekends. Just be sure to validate your vehicle’s licence plate number.
