With Salama, residents can renew their documents in just a few minutes — no paperwork, no long queues. The system allows users to complete transactions, make payments, and download updated documents directly. Once registered, AI technology recognizes your details, streamlining the process every time you log in.
The platform also helps users track visa expiry dates and check the status of dependents’ visas. Renewing family members’ residency permits will become much easier, requiring just a few clicks.
