Vinyl records, music-inspired cocktails and Japanese bites aren’t the combination you’d expect to find inside Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. Yet that’s exactly what awaits at Saikindō, hidden behind an atelier filled with Japanese fashion pieces, custom embroidery and artisan-made objects.
Inspired by Japan’s listening bars, Saikindō celebrates the connection between music, cocktails, and conversation.
The drinks here take inspiration from iconic songs, and here are some signature positions:
- Upside Down, a nod to Diana Ross and disco-era glamour
- Big Poppa, inspired by The Notorious B.I.G.’s hip-hop classic
- Time After Time, named after Cyndi Lauper’s timeless anthem
The food menu features Japanese-inspired bar bites, sushi, robata-grilled dishes, and desserts such as Japanese Cheesecake and Matcha Mochi Tiramisu.
