Whether you’re in the industry or simply love sweets, Salon du Chocolat et de la Patisserie offers a full sensory experience built around craft, innovation, and flavour.
This summer also brought something new to local chocolate shelves: FIX chocolate’s “Time to Mango”. The new flavour blends mango, passionfruit, and popping candy in white chocolate — a seasonal combination that’s bold, fruity, and fun to try.
