Six Senses, famous for creating wellness-focused, high-end resorts around the world, is finally bringing its magic to Dubai. This will be the brand’s first property in the city, and it’s set to raise the bar for luxury stays. When Six Senses The Palm opens in 2026, its guests and residents can expect privacy, breathtaking views, and a vibe that blends relaxation with opulence.
The design of the hotel is inspired by Dubai’s beautiful marine life, with textures that mimic coral reefs. It creates an atmosphere that feels connected to the environment while offering all the comforts of a world-class resort.

The hotel will have 61 rooms and 162 residences. There will be no shortage of spaces to hang out: restaurants, bars, a pool, a kids’ club, and even a games room. Plus a library if you’re after something a little quieter.
But it’s the wellness and social club that’s really going to steal the show. You’ll find a longevity clinic, biohacking room, an IV lounge, squash courts, and a spa to completely rejuvenate. Plus, the outdoor gardens with winding paths and secluded courtyards will provide the perfect escape to just breathe and relax.

If you’re into exclusivity, there are Signature Villas with five bedrooms, private gardens, infinity pools, and views that’ll make you never want to leave. Residents get full access to the hotel’s top-notch amenities, including tennis courts, running tracks, and even a micro farm.
This is just one of many impressive new projects popping up in the city. If you’re into unique developments, check out what else is coming soon, like the stunning Inaura project in Downtown Dubai, Akala, an upcoming wellness destination with twin towers, and JW Marriott Residences offering ocean views.
