Dubai’s fine dining scene is about to get even more exciting. On April 7, Al Muntaha at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab will host a special six-hands dinner featuring three renowned chefs: Jason Atherton, Himanshu Saini, and Saverio Sbaragli. This rare collaboration promises an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

Meet the Chefs

Himanshu Saini is the creative force behind Trèsind Studio, a restaurant that has redefined Indian fine dining and earned two MICHELIN Stars. His modern approach to Indian cuisine has gained global recognition.

Jason Atherton is a well-established name in the culinary world. With a career shaped by working alongside legends like Pierre Koffmann and Marco Pierre White, he has built an empire of restaurants, including Dubai’s Row on 45, which earned two MICHELIN Stars in 2023.

Saverio Sbaragli leads the kitchen at Al Muntaha and holds the title of Gault&Millau’s Chef of the Year. With a background in French fine dining, refined under the guidance of Alain Ducasse and Alain Passard, his cooking elegantly blends French and Italian influences.

This exclusive dinner will take place in the stunning Al Muntaha, perched high above the Arabian Gulf. The experience begins with gourmet canapés, followed by a nine-course menu. Each chef will present three signature dishes, including a specially designed dessert that showcases their culinary artistry.

Tickets for this extraordinary evening are now available. The nine-course degustation experience is priced at AED 1,900 per person for food only. For those looking to enhance their experience, a wine pairing option is available starting from AED 1,400 per person.
