Dubai’s parking network continues to grow, and now, Mirdif is getting two new paid parking zones starting Monday, May 26. Parkin, the city’s official parking operator, announced the launch of Zone 251C (on-street) and Zone 251D (off-street), expanding regulated parking in one of the city’s busiest residential districts.
Parking in these new zones will be free on Sundays and public holidays, but standard tariffs will apply on other days, with variable rates for peak and non-peak hours.

Here are the rates for the two new parking zones in Mirdif:
Zone 251C – On-Street Parking
- 1 hour: AED 4 (peak), AED 2 (non-peak)
- 2 hours: AED 8 (peak), AED 5 (non-peak)
- 3 hours: AED 12 (peak), AED 8 (non-peak)
- 4 hours: AED 16 (peak), AED 11 (non-peak)
Zone 251D – Off-Street Parking
- 1 hour: AED 4 (peak), AED 2 (non-peak)
- 2 hours: AED 8 (peak), AED 4 (non-peak)
- 3 hours: AED 12 (peak), AED 5 (non-peak)
- 4 hours: AED 16 (peak), AED 7 (non-peak)
- 24 hours: AED 20 (applies to both peak and non-peak hours)

This move is part of Parkin’s broader strategy to enhance parking efficiency across Dubai. The company also recently introduced monthly parking subscriptions for various locations, allowing residents and frequent visitors to park without the daily hassle of payments or fines.
These new parking zones are expected to reduce congestion, improve vehicle turnover, and offer more convenient options for Mirdif’s growing community.
