One of Khobar’s Favourite Restaurants Just Opened in Riyadh

Always on the hunt for your next great meal? Riyadh has a new restaurant to check out. UPLIFT, the popular Khobar-born spot, has opened at Solitaire Mall, bringing its signature comfort food and creative flavours to the capital.

UPLIFT puts its own spin on familiar favourites with a menu inspired by American, Italian, and Japanese cuisines. Instead of filling pages with endless choices, the restaurant keeps the focus on dishes that each bring something different to the table.

If it’s your first visit, signature dishes like Hot Wild Shrimp, Stopless Chicken Bites, Beef Skewers, or Chicken Lofty Tower are a good place to start.

There are also classics like burgers, pasta, tacos, salads, pretzel buns, fries, and kids’ meals.

You’ll find UPLIFT on the first floor of Solitaire Mall. It’s open daily from 12 PM to 12 AM, with weekend hours extended until 1 AM.
