LEGO fans, keep your eyes open — Dubai has turned into a playground of giant brick creations this month. Until September 30, the city is sprinkled with life-size LEGO installations, and they’re not just for kids. Whether you want to climb on, pose with, or simply admire these quirky builds, this is your chance to see LEGO on a whole new scale.

If you’d like to make a mini tour out of it, here’s a route you can follow:

1. Start with Dubai Design District (d3) to hop on the giant LEGO seesaws and feel like a kid again.

2. Then head to Dubai Frame where you can swing sky-high on a colourful LEGO seat with the city view behind you.

3. After that, make your way to the coast. Jumeirah Beach 3 is where you’ll find a LEGO skateboard perfect for a seaside selfie.

4. Just along the shoreline at Jumeirah Beach 2, there’s a collection of oversized bricks plus a LEGO lifeguard tower.

5. From there, continue down to Umm Suqeim Beach and check out LEGO bucket and spade — it looks like it’s ready for the biggest sandcastle Dubai has ever seen.

Once you’ve covered the beaches, it’s time to hit the parks.

6. At Blossoms Park in Nad Al Sheba you’ll spot a colourful LEGO heart with a hummingbird.

7. Al Barsha Pond Park is where you can discover a pigeon and turtle recreated in bricks, blending art with nature.

8. Round off your adventure at Al Khawaneej Pond Park with a cactus made of LEGO, quirky and unexpected in the middle of greenery.

To make it easy, LEGO provided a map showing all the locations across the city.

Giant LEGO installations in Dubai are that kind of outing that’s just as fun for families as it is for groups of friends on the hunt for something different to do in the city.
