If Japanese food is your go-to order, there’s a new dining spot to keep an eye on. YUBI Handroll Bar, one of Dubai’s popular homegrown dining concepts, is preparing to open its first restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The place will open in Jeddah.

YUBI is known for its counter-style dining experience, where handrolls are prepared fresh to order right in front of guests. Never tried them? handrolls are a simple style of sushi made with nori, rice, and fresh fillings.

The menu will include classic combinations such as salmon and tuna, alongside premium options featuring ingredients like scallop and foie gras. You will also find a selection of sashimi, nigiri, salads, and hot dishes.

For now, the only thing left to wait for is YUBI’s opening date and location.

Into Japanese food? Keep an eye on Aiku, Saudi Arabia’s first handroll bar, which is also preparing to open in Jeddah.
