Ticket Rules:


Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances. Tickets are final and 100% non-refundable.
Non-Transferable: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All tickets will be rendered invalid if resold.
No Re-Entry: Once you enter the venue, re-entry is not permitted.

Ticket Purchase & Validity:


Authorized Ticket Purchase: Customers are advised to purchase tickets only from authorized sellers such as Platinumlist. Tickets purchased through secondary ticketing websites (e.g., Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, StubHub, Dubizzle) or online selling sites (e.g., eBay) may not be valid for entry and could be canceled by Platinumlist.
Ticket Protection:
o It is the customer’s responsibility to protect their tickets from loss, theft, or destruction.
o Platinumlist does not replace lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets and does not issue refunds for them.
o This applies to both electronic and printed tickets.
o In case of theft or duplication of an electronic ticket (e.g., via hacked email or shared email address), and if the ticket is used before the customer enters the event, the customer will be denied entry. No refund will be issued in this scenario.

Entry Requirements:


Identity Verification: Ticket holders must show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with a QR code upon collection of entry tags.
Prohibited Items: Narcotic/illegal substances are strictly not allowed. Guests found in possession or using such items will not be permitted entry.
No Storage Facilities: Guests are advised not to carry bags, helmets, and other belongings, as storage places will not be provided.

Event Conduct:


Outdoor Event: This is an outdoor event scheduled in the evening after sunset.
Organizer Rights:
o The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt, or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
o The organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any opening performers and/or vary advertised programs, seating arrangements, and audience capacity without prior notice.
o The organizer reserves the right to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice.

Privacy and Data Protection:


Data Protection: The information collected from those registering with the organizer for marketing promotions will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy.
