Terms and conditions
1.Ticket will be issued in the days running up to the Event. It has security measures to prevent it being shared, copied or re-used.
2.Tickets are non-refundable non changeable and non-transferable.
3.On entry Customer may be required to show all of the following:
● a valid photo identification document such as original national ID, driving license, or original passport along.
● debit / credit card with that was used for purchase with matching name to ID.
● the booking confirmation email
4.When arriving in groups, the lead booker needs to be present in order for the whole party to enter the venue with the documents listed. All members of the party should enter the venue at the same time.
5.Your Ticket purchase constitutes a personal, revocable license and, at all times, remains the property of the promoters.
6.Only Tickets purchased through approved Ticket agents are valid for admission. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission.
7.Online or offline Ticket resale is prohibited. Your Ticket/s will IMMEDIATELY BECOME INVALID IF RESOLD OR OFFERED FOR SALE.Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorized outlets, for example Viagogo, Dubizzle, and online auction sites, are not valid for admission. The resale of a Ticket renders it invalid and will lead to refusal of entry.
8.If guest(s) are unable to attend for reasons beyond their control etc., and/or wishes to transfer the Ticket(s) accordingly cancellation/transfer requests will be assessed individually by the authorized Ticketing company. A refund or transfer will only be issued if the Ticketing company received organizer approval. 9.Ticket sales are limited to a maximum of 8 per customer.
10.It is the responsibility of the Customer to be of the correct age required to enter the Event. It is Customers responsibility to abide by the dress code set by the Event Organiser if any.
11.If the Customer is declined entry by the Event Organiser for any reason Platinumlist is not liable to refund the Tickets.
12.It is the responsibility of the Customer to attend the Event at the correct time. Non-attended events will not be refunded by Platinumlist.
13.Event Organiser and Platinumlist accept no responsibility for any personal property lost or stolen, or injury or any losses sustained at the Event.
14.Event Organiser and Platinumlist will not be responsible for any lost or damaged Tickets. Exchanging of seats / Tickets or categories is not allowed. One person per Ticket.
15.The Ticket is valid only for the specified show and cannot be reused across multiple events.
16.The Event Organiser has the right to refuse entry once the show has started. No re-entry.
17.If the show is postponed, ticket can be kept by the purchaser for the new date or should contact Platinumlist if they require a refund. In case of cancellation Platinumlist will inform ticket holders of the refund process. Refunds will be issued by the Event Organiser and passed on to the customer by Platinumlist.
18.You agree your data can be used to contact you for marketing purposes by the Event Organiser and Platinumlist regarding this and future events.
19.Customers must abide by any local Covid rules in place at the time of the Event.
20.Customers are entitled to request refunds for purchased Tickets if the Event is cancelled or postponed.
