Terms and conditions:
By accepting, holding or using this ticket, you are certifying that you have read,
understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions:
1. By attending the Event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Event and Ticket Terms (available at www.uaefa.ae) and any applicable laws and regulations which govern the use of the tickets
2. You represent and warrant that the ticket is for personal use only. This ticket is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We can confiscate a ticket from you if you resell it or attempt to resell it at a price higher than face value. We are not obliged to admit to the Venue any person holding a damaged or split ticket, or whose ticket has been lost or stolen. If you fail to produce a valid ticket on demand, we are entitled to require that you leave the Venue. Please note that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in any such circumstances.
3. Stadium operators/venue owners/ organizers/ UAE FA reserve the right to refuse admission or eject visiting team supporters who enter the other team supporter sections in the stadium. Please note that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in any such circumstances.
4. Ticket holders have responsibility for all tickets in their possession. Removing any part of, altering or defacing a ticket may result in entry to a venue being refused. Stadium operators/ venue owners/ organizers/ UAE FA shall not be liable or compensate for lost, stolen, forgotten or damaged Tickets. It may not be possible
to issue duplicate tickets.
5. Ticket holders must not bring with them and/or have in their possession any of the items on the list of prohibited items including but not limited to lighters, cigarettes, sharp items, animals and patron’s own food and drink are prohibited.
6. We may: (A) add, withdraw, reschedule an Event and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity; (B) delay/cancel an Event; (C) exercise our rights under paragraph 2 above, in each case at our sole discretion, at short notice.
7. None of the stadium operators/ venue owners/ organizers/ UAE FA or any other person involved in the organization of the event accept any responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of a ticket holder’s personal property. A ticket holder will release stadium operators/venue owners/ organizers/ UAE FA from any loss or damage to personal property they may suffer in relation to his or her
attendance at a venue.
8. Ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed or taped, by UAE FA or by any third parties appointed and/or authorized by UAE FA. UAE FA or third parties appointed and/or authorized by UAE FA
shall, without the requirement of any payment of money or other forms of consideration has the right to broadcast, publish, license, and use any such photographs, films, recordings or images of a ticket holder in perpetuity.
