GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.By purchasing tickets from this site, customers agree to Theatre by QE2’s terms and conditions.
2.The event ticket must be produced to gain entry into an event
3.Tickets may be invalidated if any part of it is removed, altered, or defaced
4.The ticket is only valid for the specific date, time and event shown
5.Availability of tickets and categories is not guaranteed
6.All ticket holders must validate their ticket at the venue entrance gates
7.All tickets are for personal use only and non-transferable. Reselling, or any business or commercial use, is prohibited under any circumstance
8.All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. The customer has the right for a refund in case of event cancellation within a 72 hrs period only. In case of postponing the event, the ticket holder
will have the choice to either use the ticket on the new date or get a refund of the paid amount
9.Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets cannot be replaced
10.Theatre by QE2 reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, prices, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice
Where concessions are applicable, valid proof of identity and concession entitlement must be provided for collection of tickets at the event
11. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the venue
12.The use of photography, audio and video equipment is strictly prohibited
13.Mobile phones must be switched off at all times during the performance
14.Latecomers will be granted entry at the discretion of the duty manager
15.Children under two years of age will not be admitted to the Theatre By QE2 theatre unless a lower age limit is specified
16.Theatre by QE2 is not responsible for loss of personal items
17.Theatre by QE2 reserves the right to deny you entry to the event/venue
18.Theatre by QE2 reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission/evict any person(s) whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security, or to the
enjoyment of the event by others
19.The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices
20.The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage
or liability
21.Facilities are provided for physically challenged guests
22.Strollers, prams and baby seats are not allowed inside the Theatre
