Lost Property.
The Venue shall not be held responsible for any item lost at Ushuaïa Dubai Habour.
You can enquire for any lost property emailing info@ushuaiadubai.com or calling to our team who will assist you at +971588888754.
Forgotten, lost, or abandoned items, whose origin is unknown, which are found at the venue, shall be given to the proprietor 2 weeks to pick it up.
Access.
The entrance to a place of public gathering such as this venue takes sole responsibility for each client that accesses it, there is an obligation on behalf of the company to provide accessibility for disabled people and the distribution of the first aid kit for accidents, but not so for the aggravation of chronic diseases.
Social Media.
USHUAÏA ENTERTAINMENT, S.L. shall process your personal data as joint controller, for the purposes of taking images and recording video at the event to advertise it in any media, including web sites and social media.
Your data might also be processed by ADDMIND S A RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT LLC and its security video system, in their capacity as proprietor of the venue, based on the performance of the contract between the parties, the data subject’s consent and legitimate interest, where applicable.
Basis for legitimacy: consent given when purchasing the ticket. Your personal data shall be kept as long as it’s bound by law or in the event you exercise your right to erasure.

ENTRY POLICY AND REFUND POLICY

• Right of admission is reserved.
• All attendees must bring valid original ID and in force: citizens of European countries will require a national ID or passport; citizens from other countries will require a passport.
• Dress code: No flip-flops, tank tops, swimwear, uncovered torsos, and / or football / basketball team jerseys, as well as any ideological attire that might offend the attendants’ sensitivities, are allowed into the premises of the Venue
• There is no cloakroom available at the venue. Backpacks, luggage or large bags are not permitted (except ladies’ handbags).
• The Venue operates an over 21s policy. Anyone under the age of 21 will be refused entry. Entry is not allowed for any minors, even if accompanied by an adult and/or their parents or legal guardians.
• Early arrival is advisable to secure admission.
• Opening & Closing times are not fixed and may change on the day.
• When consuming alcoholic beverages within the premises of the Venue, we recommend that you do so in moderation and at your own responsibility.
• The consumption and/or sale of drugs within the premises of the Venue is strictly prohibited.
• Recording and/or photographing for advertising/commercial purposes without express authorization from the Venue is strictly prohibited. GoPro accessories such as selfie sticks, monopods, and other professional photography equipment are prohibited at this event.
• It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) into the Venue
• It is strictly prohibited to record/photograph our staff.
•Recording or capturing images in VIP areas is strictly prohibited.
•The capture and dissemination of images in which third parties can be identified is prohibited.
• Lineups and set times may be subject to change.
• No re-entry allowed, once you exit the venue, you will have to pay again to access.
• Keep your ticket until the event has ended.
•Exchanging of seats / tickets or categories is not allowed. One person per ticket (unless otherwise stated).
• Tickets are non refundable non changeable and non transferable, except in the circumstances detailed specifically below.
Customers are eligible to apply for a refund in writing to Platinumlist in the case of cancelled or postponed Events, within 24h following a cancelled event, except when the cancellation is due to force majeure and/or weather conditions. If an event is cancelled, we can offer to change the ticket to another date of an event equivalent to the cancelled one, or you can request a refund within 24 hours following the cancelled event, except when the cancellation is due to force majeure and/or weather conditions. • Attendants are responsible for their personal property at all times and should never leave their belongings unattended.
• You are informed of the presence of surveillance cameras inside the Venue, which are used to process captured images to ensure the security of individuals, property, and facilities.
• By purchasing your ticket to the Venue, you expressly consent to the possibility of being filmed or photographed by our team, and that this material may be used on our social media or other channels for advertising/commercial purposes. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please do not pose for photos and inform our staff.
