But aside from being in the right place at the right time throughout a lot of his career, Andy Swift’s trademark cool and commercial sound belongs on the dancefloor with the clubber.
He first came to prominence in the city a decade ago when he competed in the prestigious Palme Middle East DJ Championship. He finished a highly respectable 5th in 2004 when he was the youngest entrant, and even better the following year to clinch 2nd, helping to raise his profile in the emerging Middle East city.
