Finding a spot to park in Dubai is about to get a bit easier as Parkin, the emirate’s largest public parking operator, adds 3,000 new spaces before the end of 2025.

By the end of June, Parkin’s network had reached nearly 211,500 parking spots, 6% up from the last year.

Public parking alone saw an increase of 11,700 spaces in the second quarter of 2025:

  • Zone C (on-street parking): 7,800 new spaces
  • Zone D (open-lot parking): 3,800 new spaces

Drivers should also note other updates in the city’s parking system. In August, several mosque parking areas were converted into 24/7 paid parking zones. Those who park frequently in Dubai, may want to explore monthly parking subscriptions.
