The UAE has released the latest petrol and diesel prices for February 2025. Fuel costs have gone up after staying at their lowest levels in a year during December and January.
Every month, the UAE adjusts fuel prices based on global oil market trends. The prices are set by the country’s Fuel Price Committee, which has been reviewing rates monthly since fuel subsidies were removed in 2015. The aim is to keep local prices aligned with international rates, encourage public transport use, and promote alternative fuels.
Starting Saturday, February 1, drivers will pay more for petrol and diesel across the country.
New UAE Petrol Prices for February 2025
- Super 98 – AED 2.74 per litre (was AED 2.61)
- Special 95 – AED 2.63 per litre (was AED 2.50)
- E-Plus 91 – AED 2.55 per litre (was AED 2.43)
- Diesel – AED 2.82 per litre (was AED 2.68)
The UAE government announces fuel prices on the last day of each month through Emarat, the national petroleum company. These changes reflect shifts in global oil prices and have been in place for nearly a decade.
