Michelin-starred chef Yannick Alléno is bringing his culinary mastery to Dubai this autumn. As the chef confirmed in his recent interview, Pavyllon Dubai will open at Mandarin Oriental Downtown. The new place will offer a refined, all-day dining experience that highlights the best of French culinary tradition, paired with local, seasonal ingredients.

With 17 Michelin stars in his portfolio, Alléno founded a restaurant empire across the world. His venues can be found in Paris, London, Monte-Carlo, St Tropez, and the Middle East. For the chef, it’s all about creating a welcoming atmosphere, with a focus on quality ingredients, a curated wine list, and an experience that encourages diners to savor each moment.

The menu at Pavyllon Dubai may feature signature dishes like Charcoal Grilled Blue Lobster, Modern Beef Fillet Stroganoff, Roasted Crown of Pigeon, and Legs Confit. Alléno’s dedication to using seasonal, local produce means the menu will reflect the very best of the region while staying true to his signature culinary precision.
