Nakheel has unveiled a stunning new collection of premium waterfront villas at Palm Jebel Ali, offering future residents the chance to experience luxurious coastal living. The project features 11 unique villa styles within two collections, each designed to offer a distinct take on modern coastal living.
The Beach Collection includes five- and six-bedroom villas, designed with spacious layouts to maximize views and provide a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
Meanwhile, the Coral Collection offers six- and seven-bedroom villas, each providing more expansive living areas and private spaces for relaxation.
These villas are expected to offer some of the best views of the Arabian Gulf, with direct beachfront access and prime location at Palm Jebel Ali. The entire project has been revived in 2025 after a long pause. Once completed, it will feature 80 hotels and resorts, a huge retail centre, and Friday Mosque to accommodate up to 1,000 worshippers.
