Saudi Arabia’s NEOM keeps turning heads with projects that look like they belong in the future. Its latest one is called Magna. Built along the Gulf of Aqaba, it will feature 12 destinations connected by a 120-kilometre stretch of stunning coastline.
Magna will have hotels, residences and leisure spaces for both visitors and locals. Around 14,000 people are expected to live there, while more than 300,000 visitors will explore it each year. The idea is simple: to create places where modern design and the natural world exist side by side.

Aquellum
A world hidden inside the cliffs. The entrance begins at a floating marina that leads through an underground canal into a 100-metre-high courtyard open to the sky. Inside are hotels, homes, shops and creative spaces built around a futuristic core known as The Generator.
Jaumur
Made for people who love life on the water. It will have 500 marina apartments, 700 waterfront villas and a promenade filled with dining, culture and entertainment. The marina can host everything from sailing boats to superyachts.

Elanan
Surrounded by mountains on one side and the sea on the other. With natural springs, green gardens and quiet trails, it’s a peaceful spot to slow down. Guests can enjoy 80 elegant rooms, infinity pools, a spa and views from the observation tower.
Epicon
Rises from the desert like a glass sculpture. It includes a 55-room hotel, a nearby resort with 120 rooms and 45 beach villas. Each villa has a private pool and direct beach access, creating a calm escape by the water.
Treyam
Stands at the southern tip of the Gulf of Aqaba. Its bridge-like structure stretches over a lagoon with 250 rooms and a 450-metre rooftop infinity pool. Guests can relax, sail, dive or explore the coastline.

Gidori
This private coastal community has 190 sea-view apartments, 200 villas and a boutique hotel. The 18-hole championship course winds through the hills, and the clubhouse, spa and theatre make it more than just a place to play.
Leyja
Carved between tall mountains, this natural valley will offer serenity and seclusion. The project will feature three small hotels with different experiences: Adventure, Oasis, and Wellness.
Norlana
Combines sport, luxury and nature. Its design blends with the landscape, with hotels, waterfront homes, fine dining and a golf course overlooking the sea. The area will also host equestrian shows, tennis tournaments and football events.

Siranna
Siranna brings a futuristic edge to local heritage. Accessible by boat, it’s built with striking hexagonal pillars carved into the cliffs. The destination includes 100 rooms and apartments, a beach club, boutique shops, restaurants and a spa.
Utamo
Utamo is built inside a mountain and reimagines what an art space can be. It includes a high-tech performance hall, VIP lounges and fine dining areas, designed to host international events and immersive installations.
Zardun
Zardun stretches from the mountains down to the sea. Its three boutique hotels are inspired by nature and focus on eco-luxury. Guests can go trekking, stargazing or take part in conservation programs to learn about protecting the local environment.

Xaynor
Private beach club tucked between rocky cliffs. The setting feels completely hidden from the outside world. It’s only for members and offers pools, lounges, restaurants, a spa and boutique shopping.
