The smell of charcoal grills and smoked beef has officially reached East Boulevard in Aljada. The Char’d Club is the newest restaurant to open in Sharjah, with steaks, burgers, smoked ribs.
The restaurant puts a lot of attention on its beef selection, especially O’Connor grain-fed cuts imported from Australia. The beef is aged for 250 days before hitting the grill, so your steak arrives rich, tender, and packed with flavour.
Other mouthwatering dishes you’ll probably want to see on your table at The Char’d Club:
- Old School Burger with a 170-gram beef patty
- Tomahawk steak
- Soy garlic galbi ribs
- Sichuan-glazed beef skewers
- Spicy lamb merguez
Seafood fans can also expect fire-grilled king prawns and miso-glazed salmon skewers on the menu.
And just when you least expect it, even the desserts keep the fire-and-smoke theme going. Try S’more Fondant that combines molten chocolate with toasted marshmallow and Graham cracker crumbs.
If you’re sticking around late, the restaurant turns into a dessert lounge with music and non-alcoholic drinks right after 10:30 PM.
Right next to The Char’d Club, you’ll also find new branch of tashas and Italian spot Isabella’s Street Kitchen. Both spots have just opened at East Boulevard in Aljada, and it seems like you’ve got more reasons to visit the neighbourhood.
