Superman fans, your next visit to Yas Island just got a lot more interesting. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi has announced two new Superman-themed attractions. Even better, the first one is arriving this summer.
So, what’s coming to Metropolis?
First attraction is called Kryptonite Collider, and it drops you into the world of Lex Luthor, Superman’s famous rival. During the ride, you’ll be part of his latest experiment and even unlock a superhuman ability by the end of the experience.
This attraction officially opens on July 26, 2026, but you can already book your tickets and be among the first to try this Superman ride.
As for the second ride, we’ll have to wait a little longer. Superman: Up and Away is expected to be completed in 2028. But it’s worth the wait. The next-generation flying roller coaster will let you join Superman high above Metropolis and experience what it feels like to fly through the city alongside him.
If you’re more into magic than superheroes, there’s another addition to keep an eye on. Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi is also developing a Harry Potter-themed land with Hogwarts Castle and Diagon Alley.
