Las Vegas vibes are coming to Dubai. The city is getting its own Vegas-inspired resort, and three famous hotel brands are coming with it: MGM Dubai, Bellagio and Aria. If you’re wondering when it opens and what you’ll find there, here’s everything revealed so far.

The new destination will be located on an artificial island just off Umm Suqeim, near Burj Al Arab and Kite Beach.

Early plans for this project include a beach club, waterfront leisure areas, museums, adventure zones, shops, restaurants, hotel villas, and a 110-metre entertainment tower.

Here’s what has been revealed about each hotel so far:

  • MGM Dubai: a beach club, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, shopping, and a wide choice of restaurants
  • Bellagio Dubai: 1,000 rooms and 10 villas, plus a theatre, art and culture museums, and several restaurants
  • Aria Dubai: detailed plans for the property are still under wraps

Construction is moving ahead on schedule, with the Bellagio, Aria and MGM Grand Hotel towers all expected to open in the third quarter of 2028.

More headline-making resorts are on the way in the region, including Zuhha by Zaya on a private island, Cheval Blanc’s private island resort, MOON World Resort, and Wynn Al Marjan Island.
