Budget fashion fans in the UAE can get ready to shop without breaking the bank — Primark is officially on its way to Dubai. The popular Irish retailer, known for offering everyday fashion and lifestyle products at wallet-friendly prices, will open three stores in the city by the first quarter of 2026.

The expansion is happening through a partnership with Alshaya Group, one of the region’s largest retail franchise operators. The locations for Primark Dubai have already been confirmed:

  • Dubai Mall
  • Mall of the Emirates
  • City Centre Mirdif

The first Primark store in the Middle East will open at The Avenues Mall in Kuwait before the end of 2025, with the Dubai rollout following shortly after.

What can shoppers expect? The same low prices that made Primark a household name across Ireland, the UK, and now 15 countries in Europe. The pricing in Dubai will stay true to the brand’s budget-friendly roots — jeans starting at AED 50 and t-shirts from AED 15.

This move marks a significant step for both the brand and local shoppers, bringing a new wave of affordable fashion options to some of Dubai’s most iconic retail destinations.
