Food delivery riders squeezing between cars in traffic has become a common sight, and Oman is now bringing in new restrictions to make roads safer. Oman’s Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology has banned food delivery motorcycles from using main roads after authorities raised concerns about speeding and traffic violations, saying such a behavior creates safety risks. If you regularly drive to mosques in Dubai, there’s a new parking update you need to know. Starting August 2025, more than 2,100 parking spaces across 59 mosques in the city will be managed by Parkin Company, under a new agreement with Dubai’s Islamic Affairs & Charitable Activities Department (IACAD).
