A new public art project has launched in Fujairah, turning an ordinary road into a musical experience. The 750-metre stretch of road plays part of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony when driven over at the right speed. The initiative, named “Musical Street,” is the first of its kind in the UAE and the Arab region and located on Sheikh Khalifa Street, just before the Fujairah Court. Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced free bus services for Easter, making it easier for residents to attend church services across the city. From Friday, April 18 to Sunday, April 20, buses will operate free of charge between Energy Metro Station and the Churches Complex in Jebel Ali. These services will run daily from 8 AM to 8 PM.
